The Spinners

The Spinner is an instrument creation straight out of a dream — and, the Spinner creates a dream-state for players and listeners alike. All notes are in harmony and the Spinner produces a new melody each time it is played.

The Spinner is cylindrical in form, and hangs from a balanced center point. A gentle push sets it spinning and it will continue to spin, back and forth, for up to fifteen minutes. It’s almost as much fun to watch as to play, and the sounds gently waver as the bars spin round. There’s no other instrument like the Freenotes Spinner.

Three versions of the Spinner are available ranging from the small Soprano to the large Tenor. The Spinners can be played individually, or in any combination.

Stand and cable for hanging individual spinners are provided with the instrument. Each instrument also includes one pair of mallets.
